Thokozani Siboza is a true beacon of inspiration and resilience. He has entrenched himself in a number of projects in the Civil Engineering disciplines such as structures, community based public works projects, water and sanitation, roads, project management and construction supervision, municipal administration and infrastructure maintenance.

He attained vast experience in the civil engineering industry further to his qualifications in the same discipline.

He has worked for government institutions such as Nkomazi Local Municipality and Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality and has gained valued experience that has attributed much to his career. His duties in the Municipality included, planning and programming of capital projects, checking designs, implementation of projects, monitor and supervise the implementation of municipal projects including operation and maintenance, authorises payments to consultants and contractors.

Thokozani now owns a number of Companies under the MCE group that have obtained projects as a Designer and Contractor and all were executed seamlessly and within proposed timeframes.
